When I hear stories of people not leaving the house or not wanting to get up and out of bed because their anxiety or mental health disorder is taking over, I feel a huge call of action to create powerful and lasting change in those willing and ready to make movement in their lives.

In the one on one nutrition for anxiety sessions, I acknowledge that we are diving deeper than just diet and foods and that emotional triggers and feelings are impacting how we feel and a deciding factor in the things we eat and ultimately how we feel.

While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions, and lists of good and bad foods, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, unique to your dietary requirements and free of denial and discipline.

I create sustainable living through the power of whole foods, aligning and balancing the right nutrients to support our digestion and brain function to rid debilitating symptoms of mental health.
